WINE TASTE SHORT-TRAINING COURSE, WITH SICILIAN SPECIALTIES MATCH.
Two-hours lesson (lesson 1 of 2).

The training is focused on Sicilian viticulture and grape-growing, with tasting and speaking about the most representatives DOC and DOCG Sicilian labels. We suggest a match (a combine? A coupling?) with different Sicilian specialities for every wine taste.

ENOTOUR – Transfer San Vito Lo Capo/Santa Ninfa (lunch included).
“Funaro” wine-house guided tour, with a visit to the Vineyard and the cellars for aging. Afterward the tour, the wine-house keeper will offer to the guests a lunch with local wines and specialties (cheese, olive oil, etc). In the cellar is possible buying local wines at very cheap prize.

Transfer to Palermo.

“STREET FOOD” TOUR
Palermo’s other most important monumental places and historical marketplace (Vucciria, Ballarò, etc) guided tour. At every rest, a taste of typical Palermo’s “street-food” (pane e panelle, pane con la milza, sfincione, etc) in different taverns, with base beverage included.

The cooking course gives indication about the typical Sicilian cooking. During the lessons will explain and will prepare together with the guest too some of the most important Sicilian recipe. Finishing lesson (about 13:00), will wait at table with the well done recipe prepared together. We’ll propose some excellent Sicily wines in coupling with the course.
