WINE TASTE SHORT-TRAINING COURSE, WITH SICILIAN SPECIALTIES MATCHING.
TWO-HOUR LESSON (LESSON 1 OF 2).

The training is focused on Sicilian viticolture and grape-growing, with tasting and speaking about the most representatives DOC and DOCG Sicilian labels. We suggest a match with different Sicilian specialities for every wine tasting.

"TRAPANI AND MARSALA"S ART AND CULTURE" TOUR
Trapani’s most important monumental places guided tour, with a visit at Museo Pepoli (Pepoli Museum) (http://www.comune.trapani.it/turismo/pepoli.htm). Tour will going on to Marsala, hometown of the homonimous worldwide famous sweet wine, with a visit to historical wine-houses and “Museo della Nave Punica” (http://www.regione.sicilia.it/beniculturali/dirbenicult/database/page_musei/pagina_musei_eng.asp?ID=85&IdSito=88). Afterward the tour, a fish-lunch offered in a typical tavern. Beverage not included.

ENOTOUR – Transfer San Vito Lo Capo/Santa Ninfa (lunch included).
“Funaro” wine-house guided tour, with a visit to the vineyards and the cellars for aging. Afterward the tour, the wine-house keeper will offer a lunch with local wines and specialties (cheese, olive oil, etc). In the cellar is possible buying local wines at very cheap prize.

ENOTOUR - Transfer San Vito Lo Capo/Camporeale (lunch included).
“Alessandro di Camporeale” wine-house guided tour, with a visit to the vineyard and the cellars for aging. Afterward the tour, the wine-house keeper will offer to the guests a lunch with local wines and specialties (cheese, olive oil, etc). In the cellar is possible buying local wines at very cheap prize. Transfer in Palermo.

“PALERMO’S ART AND CULTURE” TOUR (lunch included).
Palermo’s most important monumental places guided tour, with a visit at Museo Abbatellis (http://www.regione.sicilia.it/beniculturali/dirbenicult/database/page_musei/pagina_musei_eng.asp?ID=66&IdSito=54), Museo Sant’Anna (Palermo Modern Art Gallery), (http://english.galleriadartemodernapalermo.it/canale.asp). Lunch in a tipical tavern, beside “Vucciria”, one of the Palermo’s historical marketplace. Beverage not included.

"STREET FOOD" TOUR
Palermo’s other most important monumental places and historical marketplace (Vucciria, Ballarò, etc) guided tour. At every rest, a taste of typical Palermo’s “street-food” (arancine, pane e panelle, pane con la milza, sfincione, etc) in different taverns, with base beverage included.
